As a long term user of PTI Systems throughout our portfolio of stores, we rely on the Storage Security team when any of those systems experience issues and require support. During a recent IT hardware upgrade at a number of sites, the support team were incredibly helpful and efficient during both the planning and implementation phases. 

The communication from the support team was clear and timely during the transition and they worked so efficiently that I was able to compress my two day program into one day.

We experienced very little downtime and were able to retain all our existing data and settings which was critical.

I was very impressed with the service received from the team and thank them for making this IT Upgrade program as successful as it was.
